• Operate paper printing and bag converting machines
• Perform start-up and adjustments of machines as necessary
• Fix minor machine issues independently
• Conduct regular quality checks on finished products
• Report order status using the company's ERP system
• Clean and maintain machines regularly
• Follow safety regulations and keep work areas clean and organized
• Perform any other assigned duties
• Shift hours: 1:40 pm to 10:00 pm

• Minimum 2 years of machine operating or mechanical experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Hands-on mentality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Skilled with tools and industrial equipment
• Ability to work independently or in a team
