United Talent Staffing is now hiring Production Workers for a well-established windows and doors manufacturer in the New Martinsville, WV area. This is an excellent opportunity to start or advance a career in production with consistent hours & weekly pay.

• Perform a variety of tasks across different areas of the production line, supporting the manufacturing of high-quality windows and doors
• Assemble window and door components using hand tools and production equipment according to work instructions and quality standards
• Measure, inspect, and verify materials and finished components to ensure accuracy, proper fit, and compliance with specifications
• Push, pull, and transport materials, parts, and finished products using carts throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety policies
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment to meet daily production goals
• Follow all safety procedures, operational guidelines, and quality control processes
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs, material issues, or quality concerns
• Assist with other production-related duties as assigned to support overall manufacturing operations

• Monday – Friday, starting at 8:00 AM
• Overtime required based on production needs
• $12.00 – $13.00 per hour (with opportunities for wage increases after probationary period)

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• You must wear closed-toe shoes
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a drug screen (drug-free workplace)
• Consent to a background check (Prior convictions may not necessarily disqualify candidates)
