Wolviston Management services are delighted to be supporting our amazing client in their search for an experienced Mixing Operative with a FLT Licence for their manufacturing site in North Yorkshire
The RoleYou will play a key role across the manufacturing and packaging operation, supporting day-to-day production activities while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities- Operate across all stages of the manufacturing and packaging process
- Carry out manual handling tasks safely, lifting between 5kg-25kg
- Operate a counterbalance forklift to collect and transport materials for mixing
- Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic working environment at all times
- Take ownership of your designated work area, ensuring excellent housekeeping standards
- Uphold product quality in line with strict food safety and hygiene regulations
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Hold a valid FLT Counterbalance licence
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written procedures accurately
- Computer literate
- Previous experience within manufacturing or food production environments
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced production environment
- 40-hour working week (breaks included)
