The Material Handler is responsible for the following warehouse activities, including but not limited to: receiving, fullcase orders, repacking stock, and fullcase stock.

• Receive supplier shipments
• Pick customer orders
• Operate forklifts or other equipment
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
• Operate a handheld scanner
• Obtain power equipment certifications (electric power jack, walker/rider, forklift)
• Meet and exceed quality and production standards
• Take direction from management
• Adhere to DC housekeeping guidelines
• Ensure safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting safely at all times
• Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and all applicable policies, rules, regulations, and procedures
• Perform any other tasks and duties as assigned

• High School diploma preferred
• Knowledge and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or other platforms
• Excellent attendance record
• Willingness and ability to work overtime
• Good comprehension and organizational skills
• Ability to interact effectively with other departments and all levels of management
• Ability to maintain accurate records and demonstrate problem‑solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Team player with a can‑do attitude
• Power equipment certification is a plus
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English

• Meet physical assessment requirements for the position
• Lift up to 25 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally, and 75 lbs rarely
• Complete the physical assessment at the Material Handler II level
