Production Supervisor

Tecnocap LLC is part of Tecnocap Group, an international manufacturer of metal closures and integrated packaging solutions. We are looking for a motivated and hands‑on Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team at our West Virginia facility. This is an opportunity for a results-oriented leader who enjoys working in a dynamic manufacturing environment, developing people, and driving operational excellence.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, lead production teams, and ensure that safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency remain top priorities.

• Lead, coordinate, and support production employees, promoting teamwork, accountability, and a positive working environment.
• Organize daily production activities and assign priorities to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Monitor production performance, product quality, and compliance with established safety procedures.
• Identify operational challenges, resolve day‑to‑day production issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and other departments to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Coach and develop team members, encouraging professional growth and high performance.

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make effective decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• A proactive, hands‑on approach to problem-solving.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, product quality, and continuous improvement.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to work with production data and reports.
• Flexibility to work different shifts based on operational requirements.

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with manufacturing performance indicators and continuous improvement practices.
