Role Overview

We are seeking a Social & Content Lead to own the organic content published across Robo Strategy’s owned channels. You decide what goes out, where, when and in what form, across X, Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts, Reddit and Stock Twits, and growth in impressions, followers and reach across these channels is your primary measure of success. The role spans developing and publishing content daily, engaging the audience it attracts, cross-pollinating our accounts so each one feeds the others’ growth, and running the clipping pipeline that turns our long-form content into short-form fuel.

Organic content is one of the firm’s two core growth loops, alongside paid and partner-driven growth, and this role is built to make that loop as effective as possible.

We are hiring for talent and trajectory above all else. We would rather take someone with real ability and the judgment to put it to work than someone with a longer resume, and we expect this role to grow substantially as the firm does. You should be a self-starter who ships daily without being chased, internet-native, fluent in what works on many different platforms and why, and AI-native in how you work.

What You’ll Do

· Own the content across our channels. Develop, schedule and publish daily across X, Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts, Reddit and Stock Twits, adapting each piece to the format and voice that performs on that platform.

· Grow the channels. Own impressions, follower and engagement growth. Run experiments on formats and timing, read the data, double down on what works and drop what does not.

· Engage the audience. Monitor and participate in conversations, comments and mentions. Growth compounds when the audience gets a response.

· Cross-pollinate our accounts. Route content between our company, executive, talent and portfolio-adjacent accounts so each one spurs the others’ growth, and coordinate organic content with friends of the fund, such as portfolio company founders.

· Run the clipping pipeline. Manage the inflow of long-form content from our video contractors, find the moments worth cutting, and get them packaged and distributed as part of the daily content mix.

· React fast to news. Turn portfolio company announcements and executive media hits into same-day posts, working within our compliance pre-approval process. Speed of reaction is a core part of the job.

· Use AI as leverage, with judgment. Build repeatable workflows for drafting, clipping and scheduling that raise output without lowering quality.

· Work within a public-market framework. Partner with compliance so that public-facing content meets the standards applicable to a listed fund, and that posts and interactions on our channels are retained in line with our recordkeeping requirements.

Core Qualifications

· Internet-native, with a clear understanding of what performs on many different social platforms and why. You should be able to explain the difference between a post that works on X and one that works on Tik Tok.
