About the Role

Paul Saladino MD is a leading health and wellness platform that is on a mission to help people reclaim their health, happiness, and agency in life through nutrition and lifestyle. We're looking for a short form first Social Media Coordinator to help grow and manage our online presence across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube, X, Snapchat, Threads, & Linked In.

You'll be hands-on with day-to-day posting, community engagement, light video editing, and reporting on what's working — a great fit for someone who's equal parts creative, organized and analytical. Health and wellness brand.

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish content across social, keeping a consistent cadence and on-brand voice
• Manage community engagement — replying to comments and DMs, and helping protect brand tone in public-facing interactions
• Commenting on external social media posts with valuable insights
• Develop and edit short-form r social (carousels / sliders, gifs memes, reels)
• Report on social analytics — engagement, growth, and content performance — with recommendations for what to double down on and new ideas, concepts, formats to try
• Collaborate with marketing team on content calendars, campaign tie-ins, and creative concepts
• Stay current on platform trends, formats, and algorithm shifts, and bring ideas back to the team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media coordination, community management, or a similar
• Proficiency in Photoshop or equivalent
• Excellent copywriting skills, with an eye for brand voice and tone
• Comfortable and capable of holding many concurrent priorities
• Interest in health, wellness, and nutrition
• Portfolio or examples of past social content/ graphic design work
• Project management software
