About Mouthology

Mouthology is a fast-growing oral health brand on a mission to make better oral health accessible to everyone. Our flagship toothpaste is made with 10% nano-hydroxyapatite, and we're rapidly expanding across Amazon, Tik Tok Shop, DTC and major national retailers.

We're looking for an experienced Tik Tok Affiliate Manager to help us build one of the strongest creator communities in oral health.

• Recruit & activate affiliates: Build a consistent pipeline of new creators, get products into their hands and turn them into active affiliates.
• Own our affiliate community: Manage our Discord, build relationships, engage creators, answer questions and make Mouthology a brand creators love working with.
• Drive content & sales: Increase the number of active affiliates, videos per creator and revenue per video. Identify winning content and help creators replicate what's working.
• Build loyalty: Run contests, incentives and engagement initiatives that keep creators excited, active and promoting Mouthology.
• Build systems that scale: Develop the processes, reporting, automations and team workflows needed to manage a large and growing affiliate program.

• Proven experience managing and growing a Tik Tok Shop affiliate program, ideally for a consumer brand.
• Deep understanding of Tik Tok Shop, affiliate recruitment, creator relationships and content that converts.
• Strong community-building and communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
• Someone who takes ownership, moves quickly and knows how to build systems, not just manage daily tasks.
• Full-time, part-time and fractional roles are available.
