We are seeking a skilled and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / T-LPN) for an overnight contract assignment covering Tuesday–Thursday shifts. The LPN will provide compassionate patient care, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and support a safe and supportive care environment. This role is ideal for a nurse who is confident working independently during extended overnight hours.

• Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or clinical leadership

• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes

• Administer medications and treatments accurately

• Perform routine nursing tasks including wound care and vital sign monitoring

• Assist patients with ADLs and ensure safety throughout the shift

• Maintain thorough, compliant clinical documentation

• Promote infection control and follow safety protocols

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

• Active LPN license (state or compact, as applicable)

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to work long overnight shifts

• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred

• Reliable, organized, and able to manage responsibilities independently

• Shift: PA (Overnight)

• Start: 5:45 PM

• End: 6:15 AM

• Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
