Role & Responsibilities

As an LPN in Long‑Term Care, you’ll support residents for daily living activities, administer prescribed medications, monitor vital signs, perform wound care as needed, assist with rehabilitation exercises, and implement care plans under the supervision of an RN. You’ll help manage chronic conditions, support fall prevention strategies, and document changes promptly to ensure continuity of care.
