Responsibilities:
- Provide basic care and treatments, such as wound dressing, bed sore treatment, and catheterizations.
- Respond to individuals' calls and determine appropriate assistance.
- Observe patients, document changes, and report adverse reactions or treatment responses.
- Measure and record vital signs, administer prescribed medications, and start IV fluids as needed.
- Support patient wellness and safety in a psychiatric hospital environment, contributing to rehabilitation efforts.
