Bay Care Health System is seeking a RN - Charge Nurse for the PCU unit at Bartow Regional Medical Center. The Charge Nurse will supervise nursing staff, act as preceptor, and provide clinical leadership in a patient-centered environment.
Requirements include RN license, BLS, 2 years RN acute care experience, and a Bachelor's in Nursing. ICU experience and leadership preferred; full-time position with shift 6:45PM–7:15AM and Weekends on a rotating basis.
