ICU Nurse, Charge Nurse
Bay Care Health System in Bartow, FL is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse for the ICU to lead care for a stable group of critically ill patients. You will apply the nursing process, supervise team members, and ensure seamless patient flow across shifts.
The role requires an active RN license in Florida, ICU experience, BLS and ACLS, and relevant certifications. The position is full-time, evenings and nights 6:45 PM–7:15 AM, with every other weekend in person and no on-call.
