Bay Care Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) at Bartow Regional Medical Center for a full-time, in-person role. The RNFA will assist in the operating room with trocar placements and injections under surgeon supervision, while modeling clinical excellence and team leadership.
Qualified candidates have CNOR certification, an RN license, and a minimum of 3 years acute care OR experience; RNFA program completion or degree is required.
