Inpatient RN: Care Leader & Patient Outcomes

WVU Medicine seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver nursing care through the nursing process in an inpatient hospital setting. The incumbent accepts accountability, applies competent clinical knowledge, and uses independent nursing judgment to achieve quality patient care outcomes.

The role requires assessing patients across the lifespan, collaborating with the interprofessional team, and mentoring colleagues to ensure safe, high-quality care. RN licensure and BLS are required.
