Seeking a fun-loving, welcoming, and enthusiastic individual to join our lift operations team as Lead Tubing Attendant. The Coca‑Cola Tube Park at Snowshoe is always overflowing with fun, but when the sun sets we like to crank up the excitement with our Galactic Tubing (multi‑colored LED light show), think cosmic bowling without the pins or the rental shoes. If you want the perfect balance of work and party, this is definitely the position for you!
Job Responsibilities:- Operation & Guest Assistance: Safely operate lifts or tubing facilities. Assist guests with loading and unloading, guide chairs, check tickets, and ensure safety equipment is used.
- Safety & Maintenance: Monitor guest actions and test all safety and command switches. Report any issues or unusual conditions to supervisors or mechanics.
- Area Management: Keep areas clean and orderly, clear snow from ramps, and handle litter collection. Ensure smooth and safe operation of the lift.
- Guest Interaction: Provide information, answer questions, and maintain a positive, friendly attitude. Ensure proper ticket checks and look out for counterfeit passes.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily logs, monitor machinery, and report any safety or weather concerns. Assist with maintenance and perform other assigned duties as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED
