Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Shift Lead to join our team at Dairy Queen 9804. The Shift Lead will be responsible for overseeing the operations during their designated shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and support
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
