Assistant Store Manager

Hourly rate ranges from $15.00 - $15.25 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.

• Develop staff to support store operations and sales objectives.
• Control expenses and shrinkage while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in merchandising.
• Provide guest services and manage daily store operations with the Store Manager.

• Minimum age requirement is 18.
• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
• Physical demands include over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
