Merchandising Sales Associate

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. They will interact with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and promptly.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Perform cycle counts, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and hang signage.
• Deliver excellent customer service following GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage during special events (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work independently.

• Indoor and outdoor work with moderate noise; travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull merchandise, operate equipment, and stand or walk for long periods.
• Ability to access all store areas safely and perform physical tasks required for the role.
