Additional Compensation- Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premia ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiæ may apply if criteria are met.

Job OverviewStocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom and must be able to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
