As a Retail Associate at Goodwill, you would be responsible for ensuring a quality shopping experience through meeting production standards, customer service, and assistance while working as part of a team to maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for our customers. You will also have the opportunity to see how every position in the store operates, providing an overview of the entire process and how you can be a vital part of our organization.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Cashiering and Sales Floor Support
• Processing and Pricing Donations in both soft lines (clothing and linens) and hardlines (housewares items)
• Assisting customers at the Donation Door, including material handling, pre-sorting, and movement of donated goods

External Hiring Range: $11.00/Hour

Travel Required: No

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• No experience required, will train the right person for the job
