Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $/yr

Location: Based in NW Richmond (Goochland, VA) Serving the Greater Richmond Area

Compensation: $75,+

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We're growing fast and looking for a driven, trustworthy, and personable Sales Consultant to help homeowners understand their problems and feel confident in the solutions we provide.

What You'll Do

• Attend in-home appointments with homeowners (set by our office)
• Diagnose concrete issues and explain our solutions
• Build trust by listening, educating, and guiding homeowners
• Use company software to create estimates and close deals
• Follow up with open leads to help them move forward confidently
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth job handoff

You're a Great Fit If You

• Have 2+ years of in-home or B2C sales experience (preferred)
• Are a confident, natural communicator who earns trust easily
• Are motivated by performance, not a clock
• Want to grow your income and your skills not stay stagnant
• Are process-oriented, coachable, and hungry to win
• Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
