Your Role
As a Sales Manager for North America at Omniboost, you will drive growth within the hospitality industry by identifying, nurturing, and converting opportunities with hotel chains, management companies, and restaurant groups, while maintaining long‑lasting relationships with existing clients.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to craft tailored solutions, deliver demos, and consult with clients on their needs. With your expertise in hospitality and technology, you'll manage the full sales cycle from first contact through closing, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management. Your market insights will help shape Omniboost’s offerings and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, chains, management companies, and restaurant groups.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate the North American hospitality market.
- Identify and engage decision‑makers such as General Managers, Revenue Managers, Finance leaders, and IT Heads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to closing and onboarding.
- Keep CRM tools (Salesforce) accurate for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Understand client pain points and present tailored solutions with clear ROI.
- Conduct demos of SaaS platforms, integrations, and APIs.
- Stay informed on trends such as sustainability, personalization, and automation in hospitality.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to support product and service improvements.
- Cultivate long‑term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Tech for aligned initiatives.
- Track competitor activity and market opportunities to keep Omniboost ahead.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in hospitality or SaaS.
- Understanding of hotel, chain, and management group operations and challenges.
- Familiarity with hospitality systems such as PMS, CRS, and RMS.
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Skilled negotiator, comfortable with complex, multi‑location deals.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust at all levels.
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts and delivering consultative sales pitches.
- Analytical, strategic thinker with a data‑driven mindset.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and effective both independently and in teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field preferred.
- Bonus: experience with data integration or analytics in hospitality.
