Role objective:
The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will help customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails and act as the advisor on their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides training and product education; you contribute your passion and personality while the company handles the rest.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Work with a variety of schedules to suit different needs.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.
• The position requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and occasional lifting of moderately heavy items; may involve exposure to moving parts, carts, machines, or irritant chemicals.
