What You’ll Do- Help customers select the right Ford for their needs
- Present vehicles, features, and finance options with confidence and transparency
- Conduct test drives and close deals ethically
- Build repeat and referral business through strong customer relationships
- Proven sales ability (automotive experience a plus, not required)
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Desire to succeed in a results-driven environment
