As a Security Professional – Manufacturing Access Full‑Time in Millwood, WV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as manufacturing & industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and help deter security‑related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with employees and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service.

• Assist with access control procedures at the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points to help deter unauthorized access.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting employees, visitors, and vendors in accordance with site‑specific policies and procedures.
• Carry out security‑related procedures and respond to incidents or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help deter suspicious activity and identify potential hazards.
• Follow site‑specific policies and guidelines, responding appropriately to emergency situations as directed by Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Document and report observations, incidents, and/or irregularities to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Willingness to work at sites with limited on‑site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
