We are seeking a Bore Foreman – Traveling to operate drilling equipment and locate predetermined paths to exit points. The ideal candidate has proven experience in the telecommunications construction industry.

• Operate drilling equipment and other construction equipment to complete daily work assignments.
• Drill and/or locate predetermined paths to exit points.
• Assist in support of drilling operations.
• Perform duties in standard and high‑risk areas.
• Safely perform duties year‑round.
• Perform physical tasks required for day‑to‑day operations.
• Travel overnight to various sites as requested.

• Valid Driver’s License (unrestricted).
• Pass pre‑employment drug test and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• At least 1 year of recent experience in drilling/locating.
• General knowledge of construction practices and equipment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Team player.
• Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather.

• CDL preferred or willingness to obtain a CDL.
• OSHA certification.
