Ten Mile is looking for a self-motivated Dozer Operator for Frac Assist in the Cameron WV area. Frac assist operators can typically expect to make 80-90K annually and receive a company vehicle and fuel card. Position requires a 12-hour shift, with night shift and weekend availability. Work year round;
Snow, Rain or Shine. Employees have the opportunity to pick up shifts during days off. Candidates must have the ability to complete finish grade projects using GPS and the ability to complete tasks single-handedly.

- Must be able to operate various pieces of heavy equipment in site reclamation, road work, and right of way pipeline work including, but not limited to:
- Dozer
- Excavator
- Roller
- Skid Steer
- Rock Truck
- Grader
- Skidder
- Perform daily inspections of equipment with appropriate documentation
- Follow directions of manager as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or jobsite
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Perform general labor duties when necessary
- Report to work at the designated start time
- Display a professional and courteous attitude to customers, co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times
- Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required
- Keep equipment in a clean and orderly condition
- Wear PPE in designated operations and production areas
- Maintain a Medical Examiner's Certificate for DOT vehicles
- Be willing to work holidays, weekends and nights when necessary
- Work overtime when required
- Follow safety requirements per Employee Handbook
- Follow company policies and safe working procedures
- Able to perform other duties as assigned
- Report to work at the designated start time
- Great attention to detail and stress tolerance
- 2 years previous experience operating heavy equipment preferred
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Maintain a Medical Examiner's Certificate for DOT vehicles
- Be willing to work holidays, weekends and nights when necessary
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Wear PPE in designated areas
- Ensure equipment is kept in good working condition and clean
This position will require working outdoors in various climate conditions ranging from very cold with rain to very hot and humid. The noise level is moderate to high with occasional machine noise.
