Position:
Dozer Operator (Frac Assist) in the Hundred WV area

Schedule:

12-hour shifts, night shift and weekend availability; year-round work in all weather conditions. Opportunities to pick up shifts during days off.

Compensation:
Typical annual range 80–90K plus a company vehicle and fuel card.

• Operate heavy equipment including Dozer, Excavator, Roller, Skid Steer, Rock Truck, Grader and Skidder in site reclamation, road work, and right-of-way pipeline projects.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain proper documentation.
• Follow daily tasks and safety procedures as directed by supervision; ensure equipment is kept clean and in good working order.
• Work as part of a team and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements (PPE use, weather conditions, etc.).
• Report to work at designated start times and maintain reliability and professionalism with customers and peers.
• Perform general labor duties as needed and be willing to work overtime when required.

• 2 years of prior experience operating heavy equipment preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Ability to maintain a Medical Examiner's Certificate for DOT vehicles.
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and nights when necessary; overtime may be required.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures; wear PPE in designated areas.
• Ability to operate equipment in all weather conditions and demonstrate attention to detail and stress tolerance.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; professional and courteous attitude.

This position involves outdoor work in varying climate conditions. The work environment may include moderate to high noise levels and exposure to operating equipment.
