Hires, Inc. seeks an experienced maintenance technician to dismantle, assemble, install and fabricate equipment such as mills, pulverizers, conveyors, and crushers. You will diagnose faults, repair and rig heavy components, deciding on salvage or scrap as needed while performing welding and fabrication to improve equipment reliability.
The role requires working in hot, dirty, and confined spaces, with rotating shifts and overtime. Strong blueprint reading and safety mindset are essential.
