Grant Gardens is seeking an overnight Youth Counselor to provide direct care for adolescents aged 13–17 in residential treatment. This role requires remaining awake during the entire shift, performing safety checks, and addressing nighttime needs with calm, trauma-informed care.
You will document observations, follow treatment plans, support morning routines, and coordinate with nursing staff in a dedicated residential treatment team dedicated to teen safety and well-being.
