As Manager, Adaptive Treatment Planning, you will

* * Software Engineering team. Our SW Engineering team are responsible for
** developing
* * and maintaining next generation
** radiotherapy*
* ** treatment
* * planning and management systems.
** Your role:
*** Accountable for ensuring the
** delivery
* * of
** architecting**,
** designing**,
** implementing**, and
** testing*
* ** software solutions**, for
** radiotherapy
* * treatment planning and management.
* Deliver
** high quality software releases**, lead the development of
** new features
** and ensure the
** quality
* * of the existing ones.
* ** Continuous improvement
** of SW team’s operations and increase SW team's productivity.
* ** Hire**,
** retain
* * and
** lead
* * a high-quality talent pool of
** experienced and talented software engineers**.
* Create
** resourcing and execution
** plans, regularly track progress against objectives, identify and manage organizational
** risks**, to ensure successful accomplishment of objectives.
* Oversee the
** execution
* * of possibly
** multiple**, concurrent
** software releases
** through effective prioritization and resource management.
* ** Communicate
* * with
** stakeholders
* * and other managers to ensure that SW releases are timely, and support company’s objectives.
* Ensure organizational
** compliance
* * with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain an understanding of the technology stack used in the products and ensure the suitability of new technologies to be adopted.
