About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Vue.js Developer to lead frontend development efforts, with 8 to 10 years experience drive architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers. You will play a key role in building scalable, high-performance web applications using Vue 3 and modern JavaScript/Type Script practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex, scalable frontend applications using Vue 3 and the Composition API
• Define and enforce frontend architecture standards, coding practices, and best practices across the team
• Lead code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to architectural guidelines
• Manage application state effectively using Pinia or Vuex
• Implement and optimize client-side routing with Vue Router
• Design and integrate REST APIs, ensuring robust error handling and data flow
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks; optimize rendering, bundle size, and load times
• Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers, providing technical direction and career development support
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Contribute to technical decision-making, including tooling, libraries, and system design choices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Vue 3, including the Composition API
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and Type Script
• Deep understanding of state management patterns using Pinia and/or Vuex
• Solid experience with Vue Router and complex routing scenarios
• Proven experience designing and consuming REST APIs
• Strong grasp of frontend architecture, design patterns, and scalable application structure
• Experience conducting and leading code reviews
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve performance issues
• Experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with unit/integration testing frameworks (Vitest, Jest, Cypress)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build tooling (Vite, Webpack)
• Exposure to microfront end architectures or design systems
