As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your work helps ensure technicians have what they need to deliver exceptional service to customers.

• Receiving, inspecting, and unloading inbound shipments
• Verifying quantities and identifying damaged or missing items
• Organizing and labeling inventory in proper storage areas
• Picking, packing, and staging orders for technicians and shipments
• Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and similar equipment
• Maintaining accurate inventory counts and completing cycle counts
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Collaborating with the warehouse team to maintain efficient flow
• Following all safety policies and PPE requirements
• Supporting special projects or additional tasks as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a warehouse, material handling, or logistics role preferred
• Ability to operate forklifts/pallet jacks (certification a plus—we can help)
• Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and standing for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy
• Team‑oriented, reliable, and able to follow instructions
• Basic computer skills for inventory/order tracking
• Commitment to safety at all times
