• Perform all warranty and non‑warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance and repair work with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Obtain a high level of customer satisfaction as a result of personal work habits and skill
• Complete all jobs correctly and on time for every service visit

• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear
• May incidentally be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift weight, or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds
• A current valid driver’s license and insurability rating is required
• Proven track record of achieving goals as an A or B level Technician
• Automotive education or equivalent work experience
• Brand specific and/or ASE certifications are a plus
• A professional work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgement
