• Supervision of Bridge Field Inspection.
• Ensure material testing is compliant with project specifications and RIDOT schedule of testing requirements.
• Coordinate with contractor QC personnel and RIDOT Materials Lab to collect test samples and material certifications.
• Plans, reviews, and assigns work of construction field office personnel including Lochner staff, sub-consultants and partners
• Supervises a team of inspectors responsible for monitoring work quality and performance
• Reviews project activities with client and contractor's field supervision to resolve disputes and other project issues
• Read and Interpret complex contract plans and specifications
• Read and interpret construction contract language

• NICET or PE + 6 years’ structural engineering experience.
• BSCE or NICET required.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights, and swing shifts as required on assigned projects
• Requires progressive work related experience
