A caring and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact? Continuum Hospice seeks a Full‑Time Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate team, providing hands‑on care that brings comfort and dignity to patients at the end of life. Working closely with our nursing team, you’ll ensure each patient’s physical, emotional, and personal needs are met with respect, empathy, and professionalism.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm.
Coverage Area: Woonsocket.

- Follow the plan of care to ensure patient comfort and well‑being, responding promptly to patient and family requests with compassion.
- Assist with personal care including bathing, oral hygiene, changing bedding, clothing, and shampooing, maintaining patients’ comfort and dignity.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure optimal patient satisfaction.
- Support families by sharing knowledge and expertise, guiding them in caring for terminally ill loved ones.
- Maintain accurate documentation to support high‑quality care and regulatory compliance.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Current, unencumbered CNA certificate in Rhode Island.
- Minimum one (1) year of CNA experience in acute or long‑term care; hospice experience a plus.
- Current CPR certification if state‑mandated.
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
$21.00 – $22.00 per hour (average pay range). Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and responsibilities and discussed at the interview conclusion.
