Hybrid (4 days onsite)

• Investigate and Resolve Mainframe Performance issues
• Proactive System Monitoring to detect problems and to identify opportunities for improvement
• Implement WLM changes as needed
• Communicate with systems users to address mainframe performance or capacity consumption concerns and ensure that performance issues are handled appropriately

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Typically, 6-10 years of experience.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. Experience in Mainframe Performance Tuning.
• Knowledge and experience with WLM.
• Knowledge of RMF/SMF systems metrics (CPU, Memory, I/O, Coupling Facility etc.).
• Strong Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
