• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a sense of community and going the extra mile to provide a spectacular experience for new residents.
• Leverage sales and marketing skills to drive leasing performance through personalized connections, creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media.
• Follow through on leads by staying in touch with tailored updates—highlighting the ideal floorplan, new hotspot openings, and best neighborhood spots—to tell prospective residents what it’s like to call the community home.
• Demonstrate a genuine desire to help residents and colleagues in creating a better way to live, ensuring weekend availability on Saturday.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
