Summary

The Operations Manager will oversee day‑to‑day staff and services management, recruitment, scheduling, customer service, reporting and general administrative tasks in support of the Center’s operations. The role includes maintaining accurate staffing records, creating and managing the master schedule to staff clinical cases per budgeted hours, and acting as liaison between administrative and clinical staff as the primary point of contact regarding case assignment and staff availability.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day‑to‑day staff and services management.
  • Recruit, schedule, and manage staff resources.
  • Handle customer service and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records related to staffing and service delivery.
  • Create, maintain, and manage the master schedule to staff clinical cases per budgeted hours.
  • Support HR, Operations, and Clinical department functions.
  • Liaise between administrative and clinical staff as primary point of contact regarding case assignment and staff availability.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Prefer Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
  • 5–7 years of management experience in a professional environment (medical, behavioral health, PT, OT office, or similar).
  • Experience building and retaining customers.
  • Prior practice managers or retail managers encouraged.
  • Professional knowledge and experience in business operations, growth, staffing, personnel management, customer acquisition.
  • Ethical conduct, confidentiality, honesty, integrity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong rapport‑building, sense of urgency, time‑management, organization.
  • Attention to detail and process administration.
