At Holistic Industries, we're excited to add a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to our team. As our Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running efficiently and accurately. This role is ideal for someone with accounting experience who is skilled in managing invoices and payments, solving discrepancies, and building positive relationships across teams and with customers.

• Prepare, review, and send weekly customer statements and invoices while following up on past due accounts.
• Accurately post all customer payments and invoices in our accounting system.
• Investigate and resolve customer account discrepancies.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past‑due invoices.
• Provide weekly accounts receivable updates to management.
• Support other Accounting & Finance projects as needed.

• 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable (preferred).
• You are highly detail oriented and organized.
• You are great at adapting and multi‑tasking, showcasing your ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

This is an onsite role based out of Westborough, MA.

Massachusetts pay range: $24 – $29 USD
