Title Clerk

Vverify costs for the accounting department, handle the legal transfer of documents for the DMV, and ensure the proper completion of deal documentation through the accounting office.

• Process all new and used vehicles’ titles and registration in the state in which they will be titled
• Submit all legal transfer work to the DMV
• Verify that funds have been collected and correct lien holder has been listed
• Bill out dealer trades and prepares certificates of origin
• Manage plates & process paperwork for all swaps
• Prepare tax and title documents

• At least 1 year of CVR/ automotive registry experience preferred
• Prior automotive industry experience preferred
• Prioritizes assignments, and multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
• Has a team-oriented attitude and a “roll up your sleeves” attitude
• Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Able to pass background and drug screenings
