Primary PurposeThe Sales Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and effectiveness within the Revenue Operations Team. This role is dedicated to facilitating the development of new processes and programs, organizing and leading complex projects, and supporting critical aspects of sales operations to ensure optimal performance and growth.
Essential Functions- Facilitate the development of new processes and programs to support the USS Sales Organization.
- Organize and lead complex projects on a week-to-week basis.
- Support the Budgeting process with ad-hoc data modeling and analysis.
- Partner with Sales / Rev Ops / Marketing / IT teams to recommend for any process improvements.
- Catalog and report on key sales and account management motions in Salesforce.
- Develop and Support Sales Effectiveness KPIs to drive increased performance in the field.
- Document Sales Processes, Programs, and Sales Policies for USS Sales Organization.
- Assist and recommend in data automation processes involving data collection and reporting.
- Responsible for reporting and data structuring for Marketing / MQL data from activities in Pardot.
- Manage stack ranking and gamification of Account Management KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet company financial goals.
- Assist with high-level customer issue resolution items.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 4 year Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field of study.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the sales or operations sectors, and experience with marketing and communication is preferred.
- Experience in sales analysis.
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- Self-starter, strong work ethic, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong research and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce).
- Strong Communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau desirable.
- Ability to work independently and with cross functional teams.
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and pay careful attention to detail.
- Sit while driving and stand while servicing products.
- Use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Repeat the same movements.
