Full-time Infant Twin Nanny, Westborough, MA

Full-time Nanny needed in Westborough for twin 3-month-olds and their 7-year-old brother (after-school), starting as soon as possible (but flex to early/mid January). The schedule is Monday through Friday, 11am – 7pm, with 40 hours guaranteed. The family is hoping to find a nanny who is available for extra hours (up to 45, at times) and someone looking to be them for 2+ years.

Stay-at-home-mom is excited to find a supportive, collaborative, proactive Nanny to provide nurturing, intuitive, attentive, and confident care for the children. The family is looking for a Nanny who is experienced caring for infant twins and is excited to plan, engage, and support the babies in activities that promote their growth and development; someone who enjoys the outdoors and planning fun outings!

The family is hoping to find a Nanny excited to travel domestically with them 1-2 times a year. Also available for date nights (1/month), and occasional overnights (1-2/year) and weekend days (3-5/year).

The family has no pets.

Compensation: $35+/hour, with optional healthcare stipend, 2 weeks paid vacation, 8 paid holidays, and 40 hours of sick time. All pay on the books via payroll.
