Job Description:

MA Restoration is looking for an experienced and motivated General Construction Worker to join our restoration team! In this role, you'll put your construction skills to good use, working on a variety of jobs from demolition to rebuild. You'll be part of a skilled crew, helping to tackle challenges on active job sites and making a real impact on every project.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general construction and restoration tasks, including demo, framing, finish work, and site prep.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring they're ready for use on site.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to keep projects moving.
• Follow all safety standards and company protocols at all times.

Requirements:

• Someone that values personal appearance for the purposes of interacting with clients
• Prior hands-on construction experience (preferred: 12 years minimum).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments.
• Year-round availability.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
