Job Description # Packaging Design Engineer We are seeking a
** Package Engineer
** with a strong focus on
** paper-based packaging design
** to join our team. This role will be instrumental in developing innovative, sustainable packaging solutions for e-commerce and retail applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with corrugated, folding cartons, and display design, as well as expertise in rapid prototyping and testing.

* Education:

*
* * BS in Packaging or Industrial Design  
* OR 3–5 years of hands-on operational experience in a packaging converting environment
- *
* Experience:

*
* * 1–5 years of paper packaging design experience (corrugated, folding cartons, displays)  
* Familiarity with printing, die cutting, gluing processes  
* Proficient in
** ARTIOS CAD*
* * Knowledge of
** ISTA/ASTM testing methods*
* * Ability to operate
** Kongsberg cutting tables*
* * Strong understanding of OEM filling equipment  
* Skilled in rapid prototyping and meeting aggressive design deliverables  
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
* Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
* Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision
