Location: Westborough, MA - Inpatient Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) Program
Schedule: Per Diem
Pay rate: $21.00-$23.00/ hour

The Counselor Is Responsible For

• Providing documented individual and group clinical services and case management to clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis problems.
• Performing intake assessments and completing all associated documentation within required time frames.
• Providing quality clinical services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with Spectrum’s clinical design and in compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory bodies.
• Developing, implementing, and revising individual treatment plans for assigned clients in established time frames with the participation of the client.
• Demonstrating a satisfactory level of interpersonal skills to interact with clients, staff, families, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree preferably in a mental health, criminal justice, psychology, or closely related field.
• LADC I or CADAC certification preferred.
• Minimum of one‑year supervised counseling experience in the substance abuse treatment or closely related field required.
• Must have basic ability in use of computers sufficient to utilize electronic health records.
