Report to Senior Claims Manager. Oversee day‑to‑day management of property & casualty claims, ensuring timely & accurate processing with compliance to policies & regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities- Progressive experience managing P&C claims, overseeing TPAs for investigations, settlements, litigation discovery
- Review claims for quality & adherence to company standards
- Identify claims for settlements & adequacy of reserves; prepare draft settlement requests
- Collaborate with HR & Benefits on RTW matters
- Collaborate with Safety, Legal & other departments on claim matters
- Gather & report claim data for trends & loss control recommendations
- Assist in developing claims management procedures
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
- Must perform essential functions with/without accommodation
HR, Legal, Health & Safety, Distribution Center, Culinary Center, Retail Field Ops.
RequirementsMinimum Education: Bachelor’s in risk mgmt & insurance, finance, accounting, criminal justice, or business administration.
Preferred Education: Same as above.
Minimum Experience: 8‑12 yrs US casualty claims mgmt within risk mgmt dept, broker, carrier, or TPA; large retention or self‑insured programs; familiarity w/ workers comp statutes.
Preferred Experience: Environmental claims.
Licenses/Certs: CCP, AIC, CPCU or equivalent preferred.

Consistent with Massachusetts Pay Transparency Law, we’re sharing the base salary range for this position. Final pay will be based on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
