Position Summary

The role provides direct support to the Senior Manager of Food service Operations to ensure food and beverage programs are executed at the store level. This role is the primary operations support to the Category Management team, responsible for creating training content, SOPs, oven settings, and equipment orders to support program execution.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the progress of food service initiatives, programs, goals, and projects with store operations, including new program launches, management of existing programs, and special projects and test store initiatives.
  • Own the creation of SOPs for all food & beverage programs, regularly reviewing and updating to ensure posted content is current and relevant for all field operators.
  • Develop oven settings for multiple makes/models and work with DMs to ensure updates are made as needed.
  • Support equipment innovation, including troubleshooting, training, and managing the ordering and installation of test units in the SSC and in stores.
  • Manage billing and invoicing for food service equipment projects and tests.
  • Act as a liaison to Health & Safety, working with Category Managers to evaluate product samples and vendor cooking recommendations to ensure compliance and feasibility in our stores.
  • Own the food service training content library, gathering inputs from category managers and working with the training team to build materials and delivery mechanisms.
  • Set up new items in ICC label maker to ensure accuracy in POS data at the store level.
  • Serve as a communication link between store teams, District Managers, Regional Managers, and corporate operations for food service‑related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company protocols and best practices for food service operations.
  • Compile and coordinate reports and surveys as needed for the Senior Manager, Food service Operations.

Requirements

Minimum Education: HS Diploma or GED.

Preferred Education: Associate’s Degree.

Minimum Experience: Working knowledge of food service programs and operational policies and procedures.

Preferred Experience: Kitchen Manager (FSL), Store Manager.

Licenses/Certifications: Serv Safe Certified.

Travel: Up to 10% travel, within local area, to visit stores.

Conditions:

Typically Monday – Friday, 8+ hour days in office setting, may be able to work 1 day from home with approval.
