Based in Westborough, MA, you will bring precision and care to the assembly of electronic and electro-mechanical products. As an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician II, your work ensures every unit leaving our floor meets stringent quality expectations.
A day in the lifeYou begin by reviewing engineering drawings and build specs. You assemble componentry with a keen eye, verify fit and function, and run quality checks to confirm compliance. When questions arise, you collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot issues quickly. Throughout the shift, you document what you build, note any variances, and keep your bench spotless to maintain safety and efficiency. You wrap up the day by proposing improvements that make tomorrow’s builds even better.

- Build electronic components and systems precisely to specifications and engineering drawings.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure assemblies meet company and customer standards.

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in electronic assembly or a closely related discipline.

- Hands‑on proficiency with common hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and a team‑first approach.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
