When questions arise, you collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot issues quickly. Throughout the shift, you document what you build, note any variances, and keep your bench spotless to maintain safety and efficiency. You wrap up the day by proposing improvements that make tomorrow’s builds even better.

• Build electronic components and systems precisely to specifications and engineering drawings.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure assemblies meet company and customer standards.
• Work closely with peers to diagnose and resolve assembly problems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Record assembly steps and report discrepancies or defects.
• Contribute ideas and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in electronic assembly or a closely related discipline.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow precise build instructions.
• Hands‑on proficiency with common hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and a team‑first approach.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
